Storage & Handling of Lyophilized Peptides

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are typically stable for years when stored at -20°C in a sealed, moisture-free environment.

Once reconstituted, peptides should be kept at 2-8°C and used within 7-30 days depending on the sequence and solvent.

Avoid freeze-thaw cycles after reconstitution, as repeated cycling degrades peptide integrity. Aliquot solutions into single-use volumes.

Always use bacteriostatic water or sterile diluents and follow your institution's biosafety protocols.
